Low impact fitness for seniors to keep a strong body and healthy mind!

Maintaining a healthy life style is important especially during this crisis and while staying inside during the winter, it's really easy to hibernate and snuggle in your bed, but it's never too late to start moving and improving your health.

Through our monthly activities you can join our two exercise programs offered through Zoom from Monday to Friday. One is Easy Chair Exercise offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:30 a.m., and the other is standing vigorous exercise offered on Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m. Both exercise programs are free!
