St.Clair O’Connor Community prides itself on low staff turnover. Once you’re here we like to develop from within our organization, and make sure you have all the tools and resources you need to succeed. Many of the individuals who come to SCOC love it, and find it difficult to leave at the end of the work day.

Staff At SCOC

Our staff are the heart of the St. Clair O'Connor Community.  

They work hard everyday to assist our residents and ensure that they're having the best possible experience.

Working front desk I get to meet so many of the residents. It's great to know that I can help them with anything that they need.

As a nurse my days are constantly demanding. I am running around all over the place, but when a resident stops me to tell me how much she appreciated what I do, it makes it all worthwhile.
