Easter Banquet 2025

Welcome drink: fruit punch.
Starters: Veggie spring rolls – Sweet chilli sauce, cauliflower batter bites – plum sauce.
Soup: Bisque tomato with basil, Dinner roll
1st choice: Black forest ham with pineapple, mustard sauce, scalloped potato & honey glazed baby carrots
2nd choice: roast turkey, Stuffing, Cranberry sauce, gravy mashed potato & baked butternut squash with butter and brown sugar
3rd (Veg choice): Vegetable lasagna, garlic bread, green salad dressing
Dessert: Carrot cake with drizzle and sprinkles or sweet cherry ice cream
Dinner costs:
$30 per resident (Residents with dinner contracts are free)
$35 per Community member or Guest 12 years & older
$20 per child 5-12 years old
Children five (5) years or younger are free
