Rebecca is a dedicated professional with over nine years of experience in supportive housing, retirement homes, and the long-term care sector. She is passionate about transforming senior care through innovative, person-directed approaches that empower older adults to lead their own lives with dignity and choice. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys Pilates, hiking, and spending time with her grandfather and french bulldog. Guided by her Christian faith, she is committed to kindness and compassion in both her personal and professional life.
