Catherine has 25 years of experience as an Executive Director and Administrator in housing for seniors. She describes herself as a Servant Leader and believes that if culture can change, so can outcomes for staff, residents and the community. Catherine is creative and innovative and knows there is always a solution if people work together. She lives in Listowel, Ontario with her husband, two children and two dogs and is active in the local theatre guild.
